PAYMENTS All reservations and requests must be submitted with a major credit card unless otherwise expressly stated and the credit card will be charged the total cost of the reservation at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received. Once the reservation is confirmed, a voucher will be issued. This voucher must be printed and shown to the accommodation provider. All our prices include taxes, network fees and VAT. The given prices do not include any applicable hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals (such as minibar snacks or telephone calls), or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees, charges, and surcharges upon check-out.

HOTEL ACCOMODATION AND SPECIAL REQUESTS All hotel reservations are guaranteed for double occupancy (one double bed or two twin beds). If you have special requests (such as smoking room, pet accommodations, type of bedding, connecting rooms, view, floor location, etc.), you must specify it in your booking form., but Vertours srl can make no guarantee that special requests will be met since room assignments are based on hotel availability and are at the hotel's discretion. A hotel reservation cannot be refunded, cancelled or modified on the basis that the special requests of a guests were not (or could not be) met by the hotel. Similarly, if you are handicapped and have special needs (e.g., wheelchair accessible room) you must inform us in advance in order for us to verify that yor special needs can be met.. Your hotel reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if special handicapped needs cannot be met

OPERA TICKETS' DELIVERY Tickets will be collected directly at our desk in the Arena, Gate 18, from 05.00 to 08.00 pm, on the very day of the performance, by showing Your introduction Voucher. Shall the Hotel be booked through our Agency, the tickets will be delivered directly at the Hotel Reception.

CANCELLATIONS Shall you need to make a cancellation or a changement in your reservation please send an e-mail to reservation@myverona.it quoting your booking reference. Any changes or cancellation of your Hotel reservation may result in a 25.00 € handling fee, plus an extra penalty calculated as follows:

Between 44-30 days prior to the arrival 10% cost of stay penalty
Between 29-15 days prior to the arrival 20% cost of stay penality
Between 15-7 days prior to the arrival 30% cost of stay penality

Cancellations or changes made after this term are subject to a 100% cost of stay penalty.

If you wish to cancel some Opera tickets, they will be put on resale. On resold tickets a 15% will be charged as handling fee. Not resold tickets will be charged entirely. You will be informed about the result of the resale and get the correspondent refund only after the date of the cancelled performance.

VARIATIONS In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control the right is reserved to replace hotels or location with others in the same area and with the same characteristics.
