• Bookings are confirmed online if the service is available
• Bookings on request will be confirmed in 24 hours
• Bookings can be made at least 48 hours before arrival

NB To grant the users the total amount of the transaction will be charge on the credit card only after checking the all the service and the availability.

CANCELLATIONS Shall you need to make a cancellation or a changement in your reservation please send an e-mail to reservation@myverona.it quoting your booking reference. Any changes or cancellation of your Hotel reservation may result in a 25.00 € handling fee, plus an extra penalty calculated as follows:

• Between 44 and 30 days prior to the arrival 10 % cost of stay penalty
• Between 29 and 15 days prior to the arrival 20% cost of stay penality
• Between 15 and 7 days prior to the arrival 30% cost of stay penality
• Cancellations or changes made after this term are subject to a 100% cost of stay penalty.

If you wish to cancel some Opera tickets, they will be put on resale. On resold tickets a 15% will be charged as handling fee. Not resold tickets will be charged entirely. You will be informed about the result of the resale and get the correspondent refund only after the date of the cancelled performance.
For any refound request please send an e-mail to reservation@myverona.it, a handling fee of € 25 will be charge.

BOOKINGS ON-LINE SECURITY To grant a high security level all the transactions on myverona will be effected through secure-server, which adopt a protection system SSL (Secure socket Layer). Credit Card transactions done on our web-site are fully granted as our Company doesn't know the credit card codes. The credit card code will never remain in our data base and only the acquirer may find it out in case of need.

TICKETS DELIVERY Lyric Festival at the Arena di Verona: tickets can be collected at gate n° 16 directly at the Arena the same date of the performances from 17 to 20. If you like to receive your tickets at home a fee of € 20 will be charge and without any guaranty on the delivery service.
If you book also an hotel accommodation tickets will be delivered directly at the hotel.
In other cases a fee of € 20 will be charged to send the tickets to your address.
